Product warranty

All products have a 1 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If there's a problem, e-mail info@superiorthreadworks.com and we'll arrange a return.

 

When will I receive my order?

We'll pack and ship your order within 1 business day. Once your order ships, you'll get a shipping confirmation and tracking e-mail from us.

 

International shipments?

Yes, we do ship internationally! Priority International rates start at $20. However, you are responsible for any customs duties or fees.

 

Our return policy is simple. 

Return any item in new/unused condition up to 30 days from the purchase date. No questions asked. We'll give you a full refund or exchange it for something else.
